3 Fears All Human Beings Face

3 Fears All Human Beings Face ( How to overcome and Conquer them)

Life is a book of three pages, the first one is your birth and last is death. But the god has allowed you to create that second page as long as an ocean or as short as an ant. The creation of the second page of your book is not facile. In fact, during this expedition, you have to meet a huge number of ordeals and troubles. Every human being has some crippling fear that takes them back. Fear is a natural human emotion and is inevitable. Everyone feels fear especially when there is no one to guide you.

Fears are a crucial part of your life and you can’t pretend that they do not exist or send them away through magic or strategies. To have a healthy and peaceful life, you have to overcome and conquer your fears so they do not rule you.

Fear of Failure

Fear of failure is one of the most common ordeals, especially among the young youth and kids. This fear holds you back from living a happy life. Many of us are not able to handle this fear and ends in some stupid or irrelevant actions that cost our life. But we have to remember that failure is not the end, in fact, it is our first step of success. Every inspiring and successful man has to go from millions and zillions of failures on their road to success. The facts indicate that failing in the past makes human beings twice as likely to succeed in the future. Your failure is a chance to learn and grow even stronger and experienced.

So if you have faced any failure till now, it indicates that you are on your road to success. But remember that you can only change your failure into success if you are hardworking, patient, consistent, potentially strong, and persistent.

Fear of Rejection

Everyone is a little afraid of rejection whether it is sports, studies, business, relationships, friends, etc. We all have an intimated fear of not being accepted or opted. The feeling and sting of rejection can pierce like the dagger to the heart. It is extremely hard and difficult to take rejection. We often forget the underlying truth that rejection is our experienced teacher. The rejection gives birth to a more innovative, experienced, adaptive personality. We should always look forward to our rejection to overcome it. Accepting the emotions that come with rejection is the small hack through which you can overcome the rejection. We all need to understand that it is OK to be frustrated or angry after rejection but it is not healthy in the long run.

According to me, rejection is a process protocol that rolls off your back. In every phase of life, we are going to face a fair share of rejection. Also, remember if someone rejects it does not mean that you are not capable of succeeding it means that you need to learn more and grow.

Fear of not being Good or Right

Sometimes the hardest person to please is not external or your close one.

IT IS YOU

Many of us believe that we are not good enough to do this or to get successful etc. There is a feeling of self-doubt that arise from time to time and make us feel devasted to question our abilities. It is hard to stay positive and confident every time. That fear is one of the dangerous fear to counter because this fear destroys your confidence and positive attitude in every aspect of your life. Learning how to recognize this fear can help you to master or encounter it. Comparing yourself with others is the root cause of fear. The fear of not being good enough is a mindset that takes you back. no amount of external help will fix it.

Be the best version of yourself

Then fear will be scared of you😀
